This project was a 31,500 sq ft ground up construction of a new retail tore on a 16-acre lot. 13,000 sq ft interior which includes sales floor, parts department, breakroom, and bathrooms. Construction also included a 19,000 sq ft shop. the project was $2.7 Million and completed in 6 months, well ahead of schedule.
