PNCI Construction, Inc., in association with Boulder Associates, was able to construct this remodeled space to accommodate a 2,621 square foot Sleep Lab for St. Mary’s Hospital. The tenant finish was located on the fourth floor of the existing hospital and provided four new treatment rooms with a bathroom and shower, as well as the installation of two patient lifts – one with a 600 lb. capacity and the second was a 1,200 lb. lift. The control room housed the latest monitoring equipment, medical gas monitoring panels along with communication equipment. A pulmonary room was part of the remodel along with a new manager’s office and reception area.
