PNCI Construction constructed this three-story, 9667 square foot facility for Hope West Clinical Services in Montrose, Colorado. This new facility serves Montrose county providing comprehensive hospice, palliative care and grief related services.
The basement houses the mechanical/electrical room, IT and equipment, and storage area for the facility. The first floor is comprised of office space for the Clinical Director, Direct of Community Relations, Volunteer Coordinator, clinical team and conference room, and reception area. The third floor is dominated by the library and counseling rooms.
