This project was an addition to the existing Fruita Coop facility along with an extensive demolition of the existing building. This work provided the business with new entry vestibules, expanded retail space to include a fast food drive up/walk in area, new administrative offices and an abundant warehouse for agricultural retail storage. Site amenities included added parking and landscaping. Due to the location of the business, major considerations for traffic flow on and off of the highway were taken to allow for the required CDOT regulations.
