This project included the roof replacement, RTU replacement, and new ceilings throughout the Clifton Elementary Annex Building. Also included were security entry improvements, bathroom sink renovations, new floor coverings throughout the existing school building, new grease interceptor on the kitchen plumbing, replacement and repair to the existing site concrete to improve accessibility, as well as regrading and replacement of the asphalt parking surfaces. All of this work was completed during the summer break with project completion, punch list corrections, and full project closeout occurring prior to the August 1, 2018 project deadline.
