Kris is an accomplished General Superintendent with more than 30 years of construction experience and extensive knowledge of construction throughout Western Colorado. As PNCI’s senior field leader, Kris provides oversight and direction to the company’s superintendents while helping guide projects from preconstruction and planning through successful completion.
His responsibilities extend across field operations, including plan and specification review, constructability, scheduling, budgeting and cost awareness, manpower and subcontractor coordination, site logistics, quality control, safety, and day-to-day project execution. Kris works closely with PNCI’s project management team and field personnel to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, coordinate resources, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Known for his hands-on leadership, practical problem-solving, and strong relationships within the local construction community, Kris helps ensure PNCI projects are delivered with consistent quality, accountability, and professionalism.
