The Xcel Energy Operations Warehouse was a ground up new construction of two buildings, a CMU and wood framed roof maintenance building complete with HVAC, Electrical, Liner panels throughout, full function garage doors, and CO2 detection systems. 30’x60′ CMU structural steel lean to storage building.
