PNCI Construction, Inc. in conjunction with Boulder Associates constructed this tenant finish on the third floor of St. Mary’s Advanced Medical Pavilion. The 8,260 square foot of tenant finish consisted of eight new examination rooms, one minor procedures room, five new state of the art doctors’ offices, two nursing station, business offices, and extensive records room, a beautiful library, a wrapping reception and waiting area and staff lounge with a completely furnished kitchen.
