Ginger Restaurant is an Asian Fusion Restaurant located in Grand Junction, Colorado. The project was a custom, ground up construction of a 4,000 sq ft restaurant and 3,000 sq ft retail space. The building was designed to support a fully operational restaurant with state of the art finishes and decorations, plus have rent/lease space attached to it. PNCI Construction worked directly with the owner throughout the entire project and was able to save a significant amount of money through the Design Build process.
