The City of Fruita acquired a maintenance building from Mesa County adjacent to the property where the Fruita City Shops building is located. The project consisted of adding a 17,000 sf metal building to tie the two buildings together into one large shop facility. The remodel of the existing and new addition provided for new service bays, a mezzanine for storage, bathroom / locker room areas, and future office expansion space.
