Located in Willits Town Center, this project consisted of a 3843 square foot banking facility inclusive of a grand lobby, two private offices, a conference room, and fully outfitted break room complete with high end finishes throughout the building.
Exterior finishes of the new building consist of brick, thin brick veneer, ACM panels, prefinished corrugated metal, and flat seam metal siding—prefinish of the metal being in a custom color of “firstbank orange.” In lieu of adding a 6th material, the brick was “fluted” on several elevations of the exterior to create even more texture, visual interest, and dimension to the building.
Sustainable Building Regulations Program governed much of the design and build. Due to this, a double thermally broken storefront system was installed which created and maintains extreme energy efficiency for this area. The parking lot is situated next to and connected with a sidewalk to a RAFTA bus stop
