This parks project in Rifle was the modification of an existing park to correct drainage, provided a commons plaza area complete with landscaping and paving, bleachers that tied multiple playing fields together. A two story building was built to house restrooms, a concession area, press box and storage for parks equipment. Two new dug outs in the main field replaced the temporary modular structures that had been previously used.
