This project was ground up construction of a 2,250 sq ft load bearing masonry structure that houses the musical instruments for the CMU “Maverick Stampede” marching band. It also serves as a place for the band to gather during inclement weather or excessive heat. the building has an elevated platform to allow proper viewing for band practice on a 70-yard football field. PNCI Construction was able to complete this project on a limited schedule and under budget.
