The structure is a single story steel frame exterior building with non-structural brick veneer and precast accents, ACM panels, flat roof, parapet walls, large storefront glass, 11 space parking lot, and landscaping of .84 acres. The interior consists of an acoustical ceiling, 8’ doors, carpet/tile finishes, custom millwork, and ADA compliant features.
