As President and Board Chair of PNCI Construction, Frank DeSantis provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and overall oversight for the company. With more than 42 years of construction industry experience, Frank brings extensive knowledge of construction operations, estimating, scheduling, project management, field operations, and client relations.
Frank works closely with PNCI’s leadership and project teams to monitor company and project performance, maintain schedules, address challenges, ensure compliance with owner requirements and project specifications, manage risk, and support successful project delivery. His leadership helps ensure PNCI maintains the standards of quality, accountability, communication, and professionalism that have guided the company throughout its history.
