PNCI Construction, Inc. (and its predecessor firms Phipps Newell Construction, Inc. and Phipps Construction) is western Colorado’s leading construction firm for over 60 years.  We serve as a Construction Manager and a General Contractor as well as in a Design-build capacity.

Our company was originally founded by Ray Phipps in 1957.  In 2002 Frank DeSantis began working for Phipps Newell Construction as a Project Manager.  Then in October of 2004, Frank bought the company from John Newell and it became known as PNCI Construction, Inc.

During the 60 years our company has been in business we have constructed many trademark buildings in western Colorado.  It is our pleasure to have built what is now the Wells Fargo building on North Avenue in Grand Junction as well as renovating many facilities for St. Mary’s Hospital, Mesa County School District, Garfield County School District and Enstrom’s Candies.
